March 2016 Remittance – Days #1 Observations

We also have attached the Step by Step Review Protocol being used by the RMBS Trustees in the review of the Lehman loans. This is the Protocol which has so far led to a 1.8% acceptance rate of claims recommended for repurchase. It is interesting reading.
