August 2016 Remittance - Largest 3 Seriously Delinquent Loans by Deal and more
Today we distribute a spreadsheet that shows the largest 3 seriously delinquent loans by deal. We provide the percentage of the deal of the top 3 seriously delinquent loans along with loan details, property information, latest valuations (if available), key Zillow stats and August 2016 remittance data. Using the filters provided, investors can view the loans for each deal as well as be able to isolate characteristics such as payments made, geographic location, latest valuation types, HPI percent changes and more. It is an interesting way to discover how vulnerable your investments may be to just a few loans. In the coming months, we will be distributing more useful spreadsheets of data sourced from the trustees, that we feel may be valuable to RMBS investors.
